BBA-reman is the home of specialist automotive remanufacturing. We are a global company with offices in eight countries (10 by March 2010). We strive to be at the forefront of our industry - constantly adding new products to our catalogue and refining existing ones. We employ several engineers with over 100 years of experience in the industry. We test all products before we send them out. We have so much confidence in our products that we offer a lifetime warranty on all of our parts.
Terms and Conditions
If you purchased our REPAIR SERVICE...
Once you have ordered the item successfully, we will arrange for UPS to collect your item for repairing (if you have requested this). For most items, repairs take 2-3 days in the workshop, some may take longer. When the part has been checked we will contact you for approval to repair the unit. Once the unit has been paid for in full we will return the item via UPS.
Not all parts can be repaired.If your part is not repairable, there is a test fee of £35 (this is for the time an engineer has spent working on the unit) carriage & VAT. This fee will be wavered if you do not require the unit back.
If you purchased one of our EXCHANGE ITEMS...
Make sure you tell us what part number you need. Without that, we cannot send you the right unit. You can either send us a message to email@example.com with the part number or call us: 01634 687222. Please include your phone number (we are unable to ship without this).After the item has been paid for successfully, we will ship you a remanufactured unit, usually within 1-2 working days. Once you have installed the unit, you need to ship back your non-working part to us in the same box with the prepaid UPS label included for all orders placed within the UK. If the old core is not returned (in re-buildable condition) within 10 days, an additional charge of £70 will be applied and your warranty will be voided. For more information, call us: 01634 687222.
For international orders,a core charge of £70 is required up front. This is payable via Pay-Pal or credit card and will be refunded back to you once we receive your old unit back (in re-buildable condition). It is your responsibility to cover the cost of shipping your unit back to us.

We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from BBA. It is our aim to offer you quality at low prices. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it within 10 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging together with the invoice, to BBA. We'll exchange the product or offer you a full refund. Additionally, all BBA products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 2 years. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Exclusions: Test Hires and Units fitted to vehicles are excluded from 10 Day Money Back Promise.
We only ship via UPS.We strongly recommend that you add insurance to your package. Insurance is not free. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please also make sure you package your items very well and include contact details.
International ShipmentsWe ship internationally. If you are purchasing from non-GB mainland (e.g. Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight) or Internationally, please contact us before ordering on 01634 687222 or sales@BBA-reman.com to discuss shipping rates. You must provide the shipment of your unit to us on your own. We do not provide incoming shipping for any international sales. The buyer is responsible for paying any import and/or export fees associated with shipping the item, which can include incoming duty, outgoing duty, and/or UPS-assessed brokerage fee (which is determined solely by UPS). Even items that cannot be repaired could be subject to these fees.
BBA's Lifetime Warranty
The BBA Lifetime Warranty covers the repair of your unit back to its original operating condition for any problems resulting from manufacturing or workmanship defects. All internal components and labour performed by BBA-reman are fully covered. It is valid as long as you own the vehicle and is non-transferable. Shipping, removal, car hire, diagnostic, coding, programming, software download, and/or mechanic charges are not covered by the warranty. If BBA determines the part is beyond repair, we will either provide a replacement unit, or refund the entire purchase price, at our discretion. Factors that could void the warranty include, but are not limited to: water damage, fire damage, over voltage damage, part being damaged as a result of another defective part in the vehicle, damage caused by jump starting the vehicle, improper use, use in an application for which the part was not intended, or untimely return of core unit (if applicable).
