Le mansioni del ruolo:
- Spiegare le nostre procedure di riparazione, come pure le altre opzioni disponibili ai nostri clienti.
- Preparare le fatture per ordini e dare aggiornamenti sugli ordini e rispondere alle e-mail.
- Interagire con i tecnici riparatori nel progresso degli ordini e dello stock disponibile.
- Raggiungere obbiettivi aziendali e offrire un ottimo servizio di Customer Service.
- Ricercare nuove opportunita’ di prodotto e interagire direttamente con i clienti per ottenere questi risultati.
Il candidato deve avere almeno 2 anni di esperienza nelle aree relative a questo lavoro. La conoscenza dei modelli e delle marche auto sarebbe utile come pure un buona conoscenza di PC e’ essenziale.

Research and Development Electronics Engineer
BBA Remanufacturing Inc (a subsidiary of BBA-reman UK ltd) is looking for ex aerospace/military electronics engineers.
The ideal candidate can successfully reverse engineer and design remanufactures for complex automotive parts. Other necessary skills include complex "black box" circuit board fault finding, designing a repair or hybrid, and designing and creating automatic test rigs. Typical circuit boards are highly complex, multiple micro, surface mount or multi layer through hole pcbs, and we don’t get circuit diagrams, thus you must have dogged perseverance and genuinely enjoy a very tough challenge.

New Graduate, Junior Research and Development Engineer
BBA Remanufacturing Inc (a subsidiary of BBA-reman UK ltd) is an established force in rebuilding specialist automotive electronics. We now require an Electrical Engineer who is keen to build on his/her knowledgebase in this specialty area.
The ideal candidate will have experience in electronics and programming so that s/he can successfully reverse engineer and repair complex automotive parts. Other necessary skills include circuit board fault finding, designing, creating, and programming (Assembly, C, Visual Basic, and/or .NET) automotive test rigs, and the ability to capture, analyze, and interpolate data from multiple sources. S/He must also be committed to learning our current product lines and common failures of auto electrical components and growing new product markets. BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar with 0-2 years of experience required.
In addition to engineering responsibilities, the ideal candidate will provide technical help and sales support to customers over the phone, excellent communication skills with the ability to think quickly and under pressure are required.

Due to our continued growth we have created a new post for an HR Manager. Initially you will be growing the department to fit in with the company structure and ensuring the following is implemented:
You will be running the recruitment programme for all existing sites, and finding people to start new country offices. You will be in charge of finding suitable training courses for our global operations.
As we are a global company travel to both UK , India and Europe will be required occasionally. There will also be a need to organize travel for other team members. We are opening an office in Germany this year and skills in this language would be advantageous.

BBA is looking to hire three individuals to manage each of our three major software development projects. The first is Web Development using C#.Net or ASP.Net and ADO.Net interactions with MS SQL. The second uses C#.Net and ADO.Net to maintain and grow our Business Software for workshop management and metrics. The third is for our Test Equipment and this individual will need C#.Net and a full knowledge of how to use Active X and Hardware API's.
