How to send your part to BBA for repair

1.  Give us a call and make sure that we actually repair your item.
        Some parts we can only repair certain part numbers.  Some products
        are only on the website for informational purposes. 

2.  Remove the item from the vehicle and package it up.
        We advise that you package the item very carefully, as the parts are
        delicate and could be damaged in shipment. We recommend using a
        large box (so that there are about 4 inches of extra space on each side),
        wrapping the unit in multiple layers of bubble wrap and filling in the extra
        space with packing peanuts.

        BMW ABS Units require a hard piece of cardboard taped to the back
        of the unit so that the solenoids do not become damaged in shipment.

3.  Include a repair request form with all repairs.

4.  You can either send the item to us by the carrier of your choice to:

 or print out a prepaid UPS shipping label.

Once we receive the part, we will repair it and call you to arrange payment and
return shipping.  We accept credit cards, PayPal, and can arrange CODs (for
an additional charge).
