Where did you get the launch from ?
Do they not offer support for there tool. ?
If it cant retract the calipers on a A6 then its not worth having..

I got it from BBA in 2008.
I just want to be sure it does the job before wasting my time plus customers

Hi there, I used my X431 last year to help out a friend doing the rear brakes on an A6, sorry I can not remember the year of the car, however my update is same as yours, 2010 and August I think, it worked fine, remember to attach a battery charger to keep voltage at a sufficient level in the system.
