07 plate xc 70 abs warning lamp + message brake failure stop safely. no comms with abs,sent for testing no fault found. codes stored in c.e.m 8f12 beam adjustment c.e.m 1a5f communication with body control module. stored in engine 940f brake pedal sensor. has anyone seen this before or got decent wiring diagram a.d. shows nothing for this model thanks steve

If it was sent for testing did they get comms with the abs?? Some of these have issues internally that create that problem (Bosch 5.3 with traction control)

thanks for replies, angus link was spot on. when returned from testing they assured me they did get comms. coming back in friday so will test further then. steve

I have given up on sending ECU`s away for testing the last 3 i have sent away have come back
"no fault found" only for a new ECU to cure the faults
