Start with the basics; air ingress into the fuel.

ANGUSthanks for your replay.

i understand your point and it makes sense. but what i cant understand is why the code cant clear ?and then come up again.
i was told from dealers that it has a recovery pump in the tank , fut when you get to the plug there is only 2 wires for fuel gauge.
thanks again for your help.

No tank pump; I have P007F as 'Charge Air Cooler Temp Sensor: Bank 1 - 2 Correlation.'

Which sensor did you change - the one on the intercooler, or the one on the air filter box?

It won't stop it running, either way. Look elsewhere for an air leak into the fuel - particularly the sealing ring around the fuel filter housing. You'll have to reverse-suck these with a vacuum pump to bleed them effectively.

Angusthanks again,
i did change the intercooler one.
i think your so right. i did disconnected the pipes from the fuel filter, and i had it running on a gallon of diesel and it run.but the code was still there and could not clear?
but i could not road test it that way , as before it was only cutting out after it warmed up.
i much appreciate your help and conformation!
ill get back to you tomorrow with bigger thanks.

I don't think that your code is anything to do with your fault; but you could check the live data from both sensors to make sure that the one in the air filter pipe is working OK.

It should be about 35,000 ohms @ 20C. Broken wires from vibration are always a possibility on any diesel too.

Angusi just wanted to thanks you again for your wise help.
went through a lot with that car, it had i tiny hole in the inlet metal pipe that is the feed of the diesel pump.
from corrosion , the only easy way to find out was. while is struggling to run i spray brake cleaner on the pipe, and the way it run changed right away. that way i confirmed the air in to system.
plus the +cable from the battery was all melted as costumer try to start the car on and on.

THANKS AGAIN
Artur

Glad to hear it's fixed - good find.

It had to be something like that - air intake temp faults wouldn't stop it running.
