Hi Folks,
Serious predicament here, any info is much appreciated...
We run the crank so replaced the engine. We have an 05, (4 pin injectors), bought another t30 engine and fuel pump which only run for 3 hours (2 pin injectors). We replaced the injectors to suit our loom with ones that done 44k miles. Whilst the engine was out we also replaced clutch, fly wheel, turbo spindle and numerous other parts for the mot and 'leave as a new jeep' as we hoped.
When it was all put together again, the codes read p1272, fuel pump and p0089. We changed the suction control valve. The car was idling 100% but lack of power on acceleration, almost like no turbo was kicking on or 'get me home'. After 30 miles the car stopped and is yet to start again.
The pressure release valve has been changed, filter changed, fuel is getting to the pump but not reaching the injectors. We were advised on throttle position sensor and rail pressure sensor. The pump etc was cleaned using delphi autocom. The pump does not say aw403 as our original but it does say aw4 as per original on the same stamp only 3rd line down.when we have the power cable removed from the suction control valve the jeep starts but with lack of power, almost like limp home mode only with poor acceleration.
With this removed the readings we are getting
Fuel position sensor - 0.76 idle and 4.34 (Foot to board)
Pedal sensor 2 - 0.3vv idle and 2.12 FTB
Fuel rail pressure 44-46Mpa Idle and 52Mpa (FTB)
ECM 100.26kPat
Does anyone know if there is a fuse related to this and is there anything else electrical sensor wise or otherwise that could cause this problem.
Any advise or help, no matter how small would be much appreciated. Again, what about the year difference in injector pins and what really is the difference in these injectors other than the number of pins? Thanks very much, have a great day, ps love the Nissan, just don't want to be tormented into hating it

Hello, sorry i've lost my password, this is 'satin silver'. Yes it is a t30 engine, only a newer fuel injection system where we had to change to our old type injectors to match the loom only keeping the new pump. Thanks

"We changed the suction control valve" That does not tell us if it was a new one or if new, where it came from.

"almost like limp home mode only with poor acceleration." well that is limp home.

"With this removed the readings we are getting
Fuel rail pressure 44-46Mpa Idle and 52Mpa (FTB)"

Much more helpful if you post the figure's with the suction valve connected and it not starting.

"The pump etc was cleaned using delphi autocom" ?????

"when we have the power cable removed from the suction control valve the jeep starts but with lack of power, almost like limp home mode only with poor acceleration."

So it can be made to run.
