L322 Range Rover 3.0 straight six diesel auto.

Car pulled into petrol station, filled up and has not started since. Fuel receipt has been checked for correct fuel and several samples taken, all ok.

Vehicle has had a new HP pump fitted as rail pressure was apparently low.

Vehicle is now with us, rail pressure good (300 bar on cranking), crankshaft and camshaft signals good (live data and scope checked). No signal to injectors.

It has a fault code that intermittently appears which is P1DF5 or 1DF5 EWS/anti-theft fault. This code does not reappear every time on cranking.

It is the same with both keys, ignition barrel and steering both unlock ok, vehicle cranks ok but does not trigger injectors. Is engine immobiliser separate to cranking and steering lock or am I wasting time looking for an EWS issue.

Live data on Delphi, Launch or Snap-on does not show immobiliser status, have also tried under Freelander TD4 which has same data list.

I think you are going to have to get it on a diagnostic tool that will show you all data from all the control units.

Was the new pump fitted after it failed to start (presumably as an attempt at a cure) or before?

Might be no help , but any fault codes relating to power relay de-energising too early/
