Weard . This c2 05 plate has decided to be odd, both dip light stop working, check two dip fuses both ok, remove boot light cover unclipped light nothing, wiggle fitting nothing undo bulb hold clip ,suddenly a short brrrrr noise like a motor but not the washer pump and the car off side light comes on, other side never even disconnect electric but touching caused it to light with no noise. So both on, a drive n then off they both go again, off. Same as soon as I am messing , not really doing anything a noise appears near my ear from offside and light comes on, only one again, do nothing really on near side and that relight. What is the noise like brrrrrr obviously power through the light is causing something else to power. On testing stalk once lights are on everything works on off loads of times so I am thinking it's somthino electrical breaking down any ideas guys or gals.

Q

"suddenly a short brrrrr noise like a motor" most likely the light level motor, but if you don,t know that "Worth paying an auto electrician to have a look?"

would seem a good idea.
