We have been given a Mazda Premacy, no idea what year or engine at this stage.
The ignition lights up but does not crank or even attempts to. Have replaced immobilizer button batteries but it does not operate the central locking or anything.

What I would like to do is to remove as much of the electronic security or all of it as I only want to use the engine to power a generator on the farm.

Any advice please?

Really???? What do you want people to say? At least give us a clue if it is a Si or a Ci engine.
