Hi all,
I am about to buy a Nissan Micra 1989, and I just want to check what fuel to put in it before I kill it in less than a year! All I can find online is that it runs on petrol, but what type, can I use regular unleaded? Which fuels are best for older cars?
Hope this makes sense and I know it is a silly question, but I haven't owned a car in 10 years!!
Thanks in advance
Nix

As long as its petrol, standard unleaded petrol will be fine

Most cars have a RON sticker on the inside of the filler flap.

Not sure what other petrol you'd use (other than 98) since there's only 2 choices at most !
On a knife edge !
