Hi my peugeot 806 (2000) start fine and you can drive it for a while but then all of a suden stops in the middle of the driving and after starting it again it would do the same again and again. Before it started happenning I just had put a new battery and a new alternator since it (alternator)stoped working. Can anybody help me on this? What could it be the problem?.Thanks.

First port of call would be a scan for DTC's & then live data check under a failing condition.

Robski is (as always) spot on. To give any help we will need that information!
But Lourdes you could give us a bit more help as well. An engine code would be useful but at the very least is it petrol or diesel?
First thought though is did you disturb anything while changing the alternator?

Peter
