all this has been ongoing

fuel pump in tank changed because no fuel at filter power at pump so fuel pump was faulty after it was changed van ran again ok

then it failed top start one morning and on testing there was fuel at filter and fuel coming to hp pump but none at injectors changed high pressure pump and of it went again for a few months

then again it refused to start and this time fuel at filter/fuel out of hp pump  but no start a quick sniff of gas and it would run all day but not start on its own/checked bleed off of top of injectors and they were pouring diesel out of top changed injectors then ok again

injectors have failed now about 3 or 4 times(ive lost count)

then we had cam sensor faults

and now p0190 fuel pressure circuit .this van is now an official nightmare on citroen street

after repair it only seems to run for 3/4/5 months or maybe 10k miles(now done 100k total)it is very well serviced every 10 k minimum and all filters/oils changed but i can say its not one of citroens best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

cannot do live data as snap on scanner will not give us any!!!!!!!!

once had the same sort of problem with Peugeot 406 hdi on contacting and questioning last owner it seem he had put a tank full of unleaded in it and ran it still it stopped , when it started to show a few problems he sold it quick, We brought it from a trader for one of our customers. after a few more problems we passed it on, to become anothers owners problem !! our customer then brought a new one from Peugeot dealer.

hi mate what you need to do is you need to take it to a Citroen dealers or somewhere with a dealers diagnostic machine and they need to carry out the injector calibration to reset the firing pattern of each injector. this will sort out your problem. it will still run okay with out it but you will have a constant eml on and that fault code, they also tend to cut out under load as well.
