just noticed that the fault code is p1222-0 is this still the throttle pedal code? As far as i can see on the live data the two read outs for the accel pedal look to be normal, going from 0-100 %.Car has trouble starting from cold and is not the glow plugs as have already checked them.Any one had any trouble with these?

Thanks Darren

darren,

try the search facility, there's loads on there about cdi starting faults, usually injector fault, one will jam open and allows compression into the common rail, or so i'm led to believeTongue
