I have a turbo diesel ranger booked in for tomorrow customer reporting very poor performance  no black smoke or poor running i just cant get out of its own way ?

just wondering if anyone has seen anything common on these

Air flow meters / egr valves / blocked intercoolers ?

Haven't had much to do with them; but blocked fuel filters ["bio-diesel?"] and blocked exhaust are always possibles.

Where the fuel supply pipe connects to the injection pump,remove the banjo bolt and the pipe. Look down into the pump and you should be able to fish out a little cylindrical filter which can block up causing your symptoms.  Worth a try anyways.

Traced the fault to a collapsed Cat blocking the exhaust, nice simple repair , \

the gods are smiling on me todayWink
