K,

P0483 is coolant blower motor fault, Poss cause either wiring, motor or ECM, not likely to be your idling fault, unless it's overheating.w00t

P0231 is Fuel pump relay - circuit low, Poss cause either wiring short to earth, fuel pump relay or ECM. This needs checking.

Also any chance it's been misfuelled, if it's got petrol in it, it'll be worse when cold and behave as you've described.

K,

Have you given it a good run, you may have an exhaust full of fuel.

Are you sure it's not got dodgy fuel in it? Diesel doesn't usually make your eyes water.

How did you diagnose leaking injector, have you coded in the replacement, if one failed due to fuel system problem, maybe fuel pressure, due to power supply prob, or contamination, lift pump contaminants fuel, as it breaks up, which causes code, or bad power supply causes it to break up. Have you checked intake pipe work?
