hi i have a 2004 ford transit 2.0 tdci 135 transit and in the mornings when you turn the key on the heater light flashes and the van does not start scanned for fault codes and only get p0200 injector circuit malfunction , clear the fault and it starts and stops and starts all day so the next morning turned the van on the heater light flashes clear the fault code before starting the engine lights stops flashing and the van starts straight away

Check your injectors, you should be getting:
Resistance across 1+2 [disconnected] = 0.2ohms
Supply voltage on 1+earth = 5.3v ignition on

yes i will check that in the morning but the strange thing about it is that when i clear the fault code before i start it it starts  and run fine

That could be a poor connection, especially if it's enough to log a fault code.

This is normally a earth problem ! Try the normal transit issues like the main earth to chassis breaking injector loom chaff !!
