Hi , Have you got slight free play on the brake pedal? Or is there no free play on pedal and holding brakes on .

Always check the basics first !

well why did you change it.. i'd be checking the pushrod and servo if problem wasnt there.. or you could have a faulty master..

but look carefully inside of servo and you might find some water...hope this might help

I to would be thinking possible issue with servo / pedal holding master cylinder on slightly
