Took the gamble to order a Reman ECU from BBA, at least that is how it felt from the other side of the World.
Handing someone over a fair amount of money in the hope they will deliver on their promise, ie a remanufactured plug and play unit.
Anyway for me it worked, the unit arrived in Oz within about a week and my Mechanic spend little time getting my car running again which was a relief after having died a premature death some 2 months earlier.
Shame on you Peugeot for trying to sell me a brand new ECU as the only option to my car's problems and which would have cost me AU$3000
ECU's are not interchangeable when it comes to Peugeot so you either bend over to the likes of Peugeot or you tell them to stick it somewhere else and spend less than a quarter with BBA for the same result.
One satisfied customer!!!!
