just been searching for a power steering pump and came across 3 different prices for the same pump

Any price on ebay are "one-off price" so don,t expect to phone BBA and get that price !!!.

As for the other 2 prices i have not looked but there has been a price  drop lately.

No, they don't Kev. The parts are good quality though, and coupled with a delivery service that isn't bad, it's a viable option. Far better than a new part price in most cases, especially where the car in question is an old knacker and the cost of a new part exceeds the heap's value.
