As far as i know only Dec and Planet will re-set adaptions on MM6LP, and thats all adaptions and not TB only.

Never had a problem with a BBA re-man throttle body but have had problem,s with loom chaffing.

Hi

Try CCM in Cranleigh, they use the French Autologic, amongst other things as well.

I would rather be sailing

Update.

After chatting with BBA and a few garages, the unit was sent back to BBA to be checked, they phoned and said it was ok on all tests so sent it back.
I put it back on the car and started it up, straight away it sounded different and would rev up!
I took it for a drive and it behaved well, got back to my workshop and parked it up for a couple of hours, came back and it would not rev up again! Checked codes and found it had a new one,

P1153 _Throttle control valve, lower stop

and:

P1161- Throttle position, agreement

I was unable to delete these codes, even tried disconecting the battery for half an hour, the codes came back every time

I kicked the dustbin and went home.
On Monday morning I pluged in and deleted the codes and started it up, codes stayed off and it would rev freely! Went for a drive, absolutely fine! Left it for half an hour and the codes came back and it would not rev!
Left it overnight again and the same thing happened, spoke to BBA and they said to fit a new throttle body and they would refund the cost of repair.

Got a new one on order so will post again when I get it.

Those codes are system specific - which ECU has this one got?

If it's the MM6LP that Kevin mentioned, then it's:- Throttle stop learning.  [ECU update may be reqd.]

The P1161 seems to be a Sagem S2000 code?

.

Glad to hear you are sorted, however in my wee experience you should still have to do a auto adaption to finish, you probably are lucky enough to not have to do one , but the ones i have done usually the throttle butterfly will occasionally not find the closed position (dtc 1153 i think), you may be lucky and have no more issues...
nice to see im not the only one that seems to get these....

Pat..
