Hi guys.

I have an Audi A4 TDI , engine code AJM , 2000 model.

Been having a bit of trouble with an intermittent missfire , usually under load when accelerating.

Retrieved fault code front management system.

469A : Valve for unit injector cyl.1 circuit defective.

Tried adjusting the injector valve on no.1 cyl but made no difference.

Has anyone had this code before ? , are injectors a common problem with these engines?

Any feed back much apreciated.

Injector wiring loom in head or injector both suffer problems.

What scanner are you using?

Using bosch KTS 550.

Usuall case , Can never gat car to missfire when checking live data on road test.

Wiring looks OK to no.1 injector.

Hi

The loom has a habit of breaking down and causing a misfire but you wont see anything.

Or its got to be the injector.

Have you checked compressions and the basic stuff?

quality of fuel , fuel filter etc.

How & what have you done ????

Trying looking at the post about seven previous to this regarding info on PD injectors

I think the adjustment has been made to the unit injector rocker.

How did you set this up? what have you set the adjustment to?

Wasup.

Adjusted injector rocker to Audi spec.

Turned adjustment screw inwards untill a firm resistance was felt,

then backed off the adjuster screw 225 degrees from the stop.

Fuel filter , pipes and so on all seem fine.

Going to try a replacement injector............. fingers crossed.
