Customer Service:

BBA recognises the value of great customer service, and we encourage our Inbound Technical Sales team to go the extra mile for our clients. A role in Customer Service at BBA is varied and challenging and our representatives will deal with a range of tasks, from explaining our repair procedures to invoicing for jobs and liaising with the workshop for progress on repairs and stock availability.


Each Customer Service Advisor will have a secondary task, from monitoring our Ebay shop, to promoting us through Social Media. In addition, if you have language skills we will encourage you to broaden your product knowledge by helping out at other sites. Full training is offered but an interest in cars and an understanding of how they are run is desirable.
