Working as a Manager at BBA provides a great opportunity to develop your leadership and
finance skills within a dynamic working environment. Our Managers are given the authority
to make quick and salient recommendations to improve the way we run things at BBA.
We recruit various management positions, from Deputy Country Managers, Country Managers and Global
Managers, to leaders of our Finance, HR and Supply Chain departments.
Each of our 11 sites is run by a Country Manager, who has full responsibility of the day-to-day running
or their workshop. From motivating their multi-disciplinary and highly skilled teams, to managing their
finances and creating innovative marketing strategies, our Site Managers play a pivotal role in developing
and driving the business. We promote succession management and encourage the identification of deputies to
support each Manager and enable progression within the company.
Country Managers report to our Global Directors, who oversee the running of all 11 offices and manage the
success of the company as a whole. Travelling to our sites on a regular basis means our Directors can
offer hands-on support and provide training when necessary. It is essential that our global team can be
flexible and willing to jump on a plane to help out at a moment’s notice. We look for great leaders with
the ability to energise others, who can take a strategic view, as well as getting into the detail and drive
day-by-day progress when appropriate.
